Mollywood Boutique – Returns Policy
At Mollywood Boutique we hope you love your purchase. If something isn’t quite right, please see our returns guidelines below.
In-Store Purchases
Items purchased in store may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 28 days of purchase.
Items must be:
• unworn
• unwashed
• in original condition
• with tags attached
Please note we do not offer refunds on in-store purchases unless an item is deemed faulty in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Items must not be worn beyond trying on when assessing suitability.
Sale Items (In Store)
Items purchased in a sale may be exchanged or returned for a credit note within 14 days of purchase.
Items must still meet the return conditions above.
Clearance Items
Items purchased from our clearance section are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Online Purchases
Items purchased online may be returned for a full refund to the original payment method within 28 days of delivery.
Items must be returned:
• unworn
• unwashed
• with tags attached
• in original condition
Items must not be worn beyond trying on when assessing suitability.
Online Sale Items
Items purchased online in a sale may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund to the original payment method.
Items must meet the standard return conditions.
Faulty Items
If you believe an item is faulty, please notify us as soon as possible.
All items must be returned for inspection so that we can determine the appropriate resolution.
Where a genuine manufacturing fault is confirmed, we will offer a repair, replacement or refund as appropriate in line with consumer legislation.
Please note that minor stitching issues or loose threads may be professionally repaired where appropriate.
Items that have been worn beyond reasonable inspection may not be eligible for return.
